Calla wandered along the bridge, looking over at the water and then shaking her head as she leaned into the rail. Where was she? How could she be in Colorado one minute and New York the next? Was this some sort of Keeper magic? Did she do something to upset them? She shuddered at the thought. Her thick braid hanging down her back, moved with the wind. Resting her chin on her hands she sighed.
"Sounds like you have some trouble." Ren said coming up to the girl wiht a smile. He was sure that this girl looked familiar, in fact it was almost as if fate was playing tricks on him, making this girl look like Calla. Not to mention she ahd said the word pack. That meant that...was it possible. "Calla? Is it you?"
Calla looked over at the sound of her name. She'd been planning on ignoring the boy, but hearing him made her rethink that. He looked like Ren, same cocky attitude and hot as hell. She blinked and stood up straight. "Ren?"
Calla sighed in annoyance, "Great, here I am looking for my pack and I find you instead. What do you want from me? It's obvious that the Keepers are angry. So that might mean we have nothing more to do with each other." She shook her head and stared out at the river. This was ridiculous, her and Ren with out their packs. She froze and tensened, what if he tried something?
"What? You aren't happy to see me Lilly?" he looked truly offeneded. "Who says the Keepers have anything to do with it, you have never been one to listen to their boring rules, neither have I. I don't think they are watching us which means we can go as far as we want without anyone stopping us." he smirked playfully. "Come on Lilly, what do you say? One kiss?"
Calla stiffened and flashed sharpened teeth at him, "Back off Ren. I'm an Alpha just as much as you are. I plan on staying that way and I won't submit to you." She turned to face him and hid her teeth. As much as he annoyed her she was glad to see him. "No kissing." She stepped forward and hugged him.
"So hugging is not off limits?" he asked smirking as he hugged her back. No problems here, at least he knew someone, it was going to be interesting to say the least living in New York and being a human for the most part. "So you scare anybody with your abilities?"
"Don't ruin this," she growled at him, "No. I haven't." She dropped her arms and waited for him to do the same. Why did she just hug him? It was just her duty to mate Ren, nothing more. Hell, he'd been sleeping around since the start of high school.
Calla sighed and rubbed her temples, "Fine. Whatever. Living life on the edge gets you killed. When are you going to start following some rules?" She glared at him and crossed her arms, why did everything he say sound like a challenge? It was just the alpha in her, she was sure. "Why don't you go fine a tail to chase. I'm going to look for Bryn."
"Lilly, come on, i was kidding." Ren smiled a dark smile, of course he wasn't but he loved seeing her reactions to this kind of stuff. It made it worth it. "We can search together, i need to find Cosette and Sabine anyways."
"Stop calling me that," she snapped glaring at him, "Go find them on your own. I'm not going to watch Sabine make out with you. Not on my list..." She covered her mouth and looked away. Way to let one slip. She sighed and crossed her arms. He was just messing with her. It was a game to him, why did it bother her?
