Kat spotted a cafe down the street a ways and decided to try it out. Why not? She had nothing better to do with her life at the moment.

((considering he uses a voice distorter she wouldn't be able to tell))
"Come to the cafe de Sol," he said in a bored tone, "Were the deals are hotter than the sun." He muttered under his breath a little before repeating.

((ahh, sorry my bad! I completely forgot. I fixed it.))
Kat had to laugh at the boy standing outside of it. "Some salesman you'll make," she said.

Drew froze and looked at her. 'Well isn't my luck great,' he thought to himself before crossing his arms. "You got a problem with it? It's not like I really care for sales. I'm just the bus boy."

"You work at a cafe," Kat said flatly. "You're advertising it, so even if you don't care your boss does." Who knew the guy would get defensive about it?

"Then he should have got someone he's actually paying to advertise to do this junk," he said. 'Keep Daisy as the good guy, keep her away from me,' he thought to himself.

"Whatever," Kat rolled her eyes and decided she'd just skip the cafe anyways.

"Doesn't mean you shouldn't eat," he said with a shrug heading back inside.

'Friendly sort,' she thought sarcastically but followed him inside.

"Drew what the heck?" the manager yelled.
"It's your job not mine," he snapped, "Stop telling me to do what the boss tells you to do. I'm not payed enough to do stupid stuff."
He flipped the guy the bird before picking up his plastic bin and heading to a vacated dirty table.

Kat sat down at a clean table, growing steadily irritated at this kid.

Drew popped in his headphones and went along his job.

Kat ordered a coffee and waited, fidgeting with a sugar packet because her hands just couldn't seem to stay still--as usual.

Drew sighed and cleaned the table next to her.
"Moon!" the manager yelled.
"Great. WHAT?!" he yelled back.
"We need you to work as a server," he snapped, "Someone had to go home. Apparently their mom is having a baby."
"Just what I need," he muttered.

'Geez, is everyone around here such a pigheaded jerk?' Kat thought to herself, annoyed. No wonder the place looked like a dump, no customer would want this kind of service.
